What determines your number.
Every quote is built from the same six inputs. Knowing which ones apply to you is usually enough to tell whether a conversation is worth your time.
Contract portfolio
How many leases, loans, FX positions and guarantees you hold, and how much they change during their term. A portfolio that is mostly stable costs less to run than one with constant modifications, indexation and rate revisions.
Reporting entities
How many legal entities report from the platform, and in how many currencies. Each entity carries its own schedules, journal history and reporting.
Contract types in scope
Whether you run leases only, or treasury contracts alongside them. The base license covers the contract and instrument types in your scope, so this is the single largest lever on the number.
Team access
There is no per-seat pricing and team access is included. Named-user capacity is agreed as part of scope, so a larger finance function is a scoping question rather than a per-head cost.
Implementation
Data migration, opening balances, chart of accounts and integrations are scoped separately from the license. The size of this depends on the state of your current data more than the size of your portfolio.
Connections
ERP, banking and market-data connections are scoped at implementation, and built to your requirements wherever the provider offers an interface.
We work through these on a 30-minute call, then send a written quote. Come with rough figures rather than exact ones. Most of the scoping is deciding which contract types you need, not counting contracts.
What's included.

Start in days. Go live in weeks.
No lengthy technical setup. Your dedicated ZenTreasury environment is automatically provisioned, typically within one to two days after you confirm currencies, users and domain. From there, implementation follows the five phases below, with data readiness usually determining how quickly you go live.
Environment
1 to 2 days
You confirm active currencies, the historic rate start date, users and your domain name. Your dedicated environment is automatically provisioned and configured from those details.
Kick-off
1 day
Scope, responsibilities and a training date agreed, and the data templates handed to your team. Usually a single session.
Data migration
2 days to 4 weeks
Your lease, loan and treasury contract data is collected into the templates, checked back for gaps and inconsistencies, then imported. This is normally the main variable in the timeline.
Integrations and accounting
2 to 4 weeks
ERP and API connections and rate sources enabled and tested, then your chart of accounts imported, accounting rules mapped and voucher templates built to match what your ERP expects. Runs alongside data migration rather than after it.

Training, then live
Your team is trained and moves into production. A named contact stays with you through your first live reporting cycles rather than handing you to a ticket queue.
Most customers are live within four to eight weeks. When contract data is already organised, implementation can be considerably faster. If you have a reporting date to hit, bring the date to the call and we will work back from it.
